Rainbow Country Dancers News April 2006

Where does the time go, our season of dancing is just about over. The club has had a good winter with up to 3 squares on regular dance nights. Now we will see the ranch folk less because of calving. We always look forward to anyone dropping by to visit. Remember one does not need an invitation to come and share our callers and friendship.

The bus trip to Red Deer ended up a car caravan, but we had a wonderful day, Good weather, great workshop, fantastic evening Mainstream Dance. Who says that basic mainstream isn’t fun, you make everything one does a challenge and have great fun at it. The best medicine in life. Please remember our Annual Junefest, with Gary and Trish Winter of Edmonton calling for your dancing pleasure. We wish all clubs the best in these final days of the dancing year.

Thank you to all the clubs who have shared their hospitality with us during the year, we will see some of you across a square at a C&D Dance, a club visit or a Campout during the summer. Until the next Grapevine issue, a Big Yellowrock to all, and keep moving around those squares.
