Where is the time going? The Christmas Season has come and gone for another year. We sincerely hope everyone had a great holiday season and New Year. Our Christmas Dances were tremendous fun and well attended.
The New Year is off to a wonderful
start with our new dancers picking up where they left off. They haven’t missed
a bear. We thank all the Square Angles who come out every week to make this the
success that is.
Our next major outing is our
annual Heritage Park Brunch early February. This is usually well attended by
club members and new dancers and this year will be no exception. At last count
we had 35 couples planning to go.
As in past years, there are a
number of club members heading south. Some are venturing away for only a few
weeks while others will be away for a couple of months. We wish them all safe
travels and look forward to hearing the wonderful stories when they return.
Our visits to other clubs have
been well attended. Thank you to all our members who are able to participate in
the visitations, and we thank all the clubs for offering such a warm welcome to
our members. Similarly, we always enjoy visitations from the other clubs. It’s
what helps make square and round dancing so enjoyable.
