Our
2004/05 season started off with the annual barbecue held at the Gas Plant west
of Cochrane. As usual that event brings on a thunder storm but the picnic
kitchen keeps us dry and the chance to visit is always enjoyable. Dancing began
for us Sept 14. We are hoping to enlist more beginners this year as some
interest has been shown. Sadly we will be missing one of our long time members,
Bill Sorochan who passed away earlier this summer – his dedication, support and
sense of humor will be missed by us all. We are looking forward to the exchange
visits in the coming season and we hope to see you across the square.
