Today
we get off to a new start for 2005. The beginner class was in full force. It
was great to be back dancing again after such a long break. Some of the dancers
thought they did better after the break than before!
We
have a few reminders for all round dancers for the next couple of months, first
of all, don’t forget that we will cancel Sunday night 6 Feb for Joe and Rosa’s
50th Anniversary party. Another reminder is that we do not dance on
Easter weekend, Sunday or Monday. Last but not least, if you have any friends
that would like to take beginners in the fall please bring them out on Sunday
evenings in Sept.
We
just got back from teaching a weekend in Swift Current. Very fortunate that we
were able to travel between storms and had good roads both ways. By the time
this letter is out I hope the weather is more cooperative than it is right now.
